How often do I replace the solution?

Daily, or sooner if it becomes visibly soiled or diluted.

Can I disinfect clipper blades?

For removable metal blades, disinfect per label, then dry thoroughly and oil to help prevent corrosion. Do not immerse electrical bodies; use a disinfectant spray for housings/motors.
