Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Standard Barber Orders:
Most professional barber tools ship within 1–4 business days.
Brand & Distributor Verification:
Certain pro-grade tools may require serial number or distributor verification, which can add 1–2 additional business days before dispatch.
Order Verification:
To help prevent fraud and protect both our customers and our store, some orders may require additional verification before shipment. This may include confirming billing details, shipping address, phone number, email, or other order information. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled at our discretion.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Windows (U.S.)
UPS Ground:
Estimated delivery 4–8 business days after dispatch.
USPS:
Estimated delivery 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Overseas Fulfillment (Limited Items):
If an item ships from an international partner warehouse, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. These orders include full tracking updates.
Delivery estimates may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, supplier processing times, or manufacturer-direct fulfillment timelines.
Shipping Coverage
U.S. Fulfillment:
Most barber tools ship from authorized U.S. distributors or domestic warehouses for faster delivery and authenticity verification.
Partner, Supplier & Manufacturer Fulfillment:
Some products may ship directly from our trusted partners, suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers. When an item ships directly from a partner or manufacturer, shipping timelines, carrier selection, and shipping costs may vary from standard All Things Men in-house fulfillment.
Shipping Thresholds:
If an item ships from All Things Men inventory, our standard shipping thresholds are honored. If an item ships directly from a partner, supplier, distributor, or manufacturer, additional shipping charges may apply.
Heavy, Oversized, or Large Items:
Some heavy, oversized, or large-box items may require additional shipping charges due to weight, package size, carrier requirements, or supplier-direct shipping costs. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you before shipment.
Multiple Shipments:
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure the fastest delivery. Multiple shipments may come from different warehouses, suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Tracking Information:
Tracking details are emailed automatically once your order ships.
Address Changes:
Please contact us before your order ships. Address changes or rerouting are not possible once the carrier has picked up the package.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, unit, building number, business name, or any required delivery instructions.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:
All Things Men is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.
Returned to Sender Due to Customer Error:
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, failure to pick up the package, or any other customer-related delivery issue, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any eligible refund — even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
Reshipping Returned Orders:
If a returned package is eligible to be shipped again, the customer will be responsible for paying the new shipping cost before the order is resent. Free shipping does not apply to reshipments caused by customer error.
Marked “Delivered” but Not Received:
Check with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, building management, mailroom staff, or your local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us so we can help guide the next steps.
Delayed or Lost Packages:
We’ll assist you with the carrier claim process and help guide the resolution based on carrier guidelines.
Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages
Carrier Delivery Confirmation:
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, All Things Men considers the package delivered to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or removed after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Stolen Package Claims:
If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, you may be required to provide supporting documentation, including a police report, carrier claim information, photos, video footage, or written confirmation from your building, leasing office, mailroom, or carrier.
Investigation Required:
Stolen package claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Filing a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit. We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be reasonably verified.
Secure Delivery Locations:
Customers are responsible for providing a secure shipping location. If your delivery location is not secure, we recommend shipping to a workplace, trusted address, PO box where allowed, or location where someone can receive the package.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the Contiguous United States only.
Signature Confirmation:
Some professional or higher-value barber tools may require an adult signature upon delivery.
High-Risk Orders:
Orders flagged as high-risk, suspicious, unverifiable, or potentially fraudulent may be delayed, canceled, or refunded at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse shipment on any order that cannot be safely verified.
Insurance & Damage Claims
Carrier Coverage:
All shipments include carrier-provided insurance coverage up to $100.
Claims Under $100:
Claims valued at $100 or less must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Damage or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery and include clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Packaging Requirement:
Please keep all original packaging, shipping materials, labels, and damaged items until the claim process is complete. Carriers may require inspection before approving a claim.
We will assist with next steps based on carrier guidelines.
Partner Fulfillment Notice
Some products sold by All Things Men may be fulfilled by approved suppliers, distributors, partner warehouses, or manufacturers. These items are still selected and offered through All Things Men, but fulfillment may be handled outside of our direct warehouse.
Because partner-fulfilled items may use different shipping carriers, warehouse locations, processing systems, or packaging methods, delivery timing and shipping costs may vary by item.
Fraud Prevention & Order Protection
All Things Men reserves the right to review, verify, delay, cancel, or refuse any order that appears suspicious, incomplete, high-risk, or potentially fraudulent.
We may contact customers by email or text to confirm order details before fulfillment. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in shipment delays or order cancellation.
Providing false information, filing false claims, or attempting chargeback abuse may result in order cancellation, account restriction, claim denial, and supporting documentation being submitted to the payment processor, carrier, or appropriate authorities.
