What are your shipping times?

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—currently we ship within the United States only.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
For your protection, we cannot change shipping addresses once an order is placed.
If you entered an error, please cancel within 12 hours and place a new order with the correct address.
This policy helps prevent fraud and ensures safe delivery.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll email a tracking link. You can also track from your account's order history.
My tracking says delivered but I did not receive it.
First check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. If still missing, email info.allthingsmen@gmail.com and we'll assist.
Note: We're not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
What is your return policy?
  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., certain grooming products) may be non-returnable.
  • If an item is defective or incorrect, we'll make it right—contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Are your barber tools professional grade and authorized?
Yes—our tools are professional grade and sourced through authorized channels, so the manufacturer warranty is honored.
Do you offer bundles or special deals?
We run value bundles and Live-only promotions regularly. Join our email/SMS list to be first to know.
Why did I receive an order verification message?
We take fraud prevention seriously — not just to protect our business, but to protect you from unauthorized use of your information.

First-time customers and orders flagged by our system may receive a verification request via email or text before their order is processed. Simply reply confirming the items you purchased and the date your order was placed — we'll take that as confirmation and move your order forward immediately.

If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You're always welcome to place your order again.
