Refund & Return Policy

At All Things Men, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines carefully before initiating a return.

General Return Window

- Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, unless otherwise specified below.
- All return requests must be approved in advance with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Reporting Defects & Damages

You must notify us within five (5) days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective. All claims require clear photo or video evidence to be eligible for a return or refund. Claims submitted without proof will not be processed. Items reported after five (5) days will be considered acceptable and will not qualify for return or refund.

Exclusions for Sanitation & Hygiene

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Razors, blades, shears, clippers, trimmers, or any cutting tools
- Combs, brushes, or personal grooming items
- Hair or beard care products, sprays, gels, or chemicals
- Any other item that poses a sanitation risk once opened

Professional Barber Equipment

- Professional clippers, trimmers, shavers, and similar tools may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and unopened, subject to approval and RMA.
- Defective or warranty issues after 30 days must be directed to the manufacturer for service under their warranty terms.

Refund Process

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If your purchase included free gift items or free shipping, the value of those shipping costs may be deducted from the refund if the free items are not returned.
- In cases where free bonus items shipped from a different supplier, you may be responsible for returning items to multiple addresses. Correct return addresses will be provided with your RMA approval.

Restocking Fees

- A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain barber equipment or high-value items that are returned without defect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or being marked as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee if they want the item resent.
- Refunds for orders returned to sender will be issued minus original shipping and handling costs.

Manufacturer Warranty Contact

After 30 days, warranty claims must be made directly with the product manufacturer. Please refer to the contact list above for support details.
