Defective on Arrival — Report Within 5 Days⌄
If any item arrives broken or defective, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos/video and your order number:
- Beauty & Grooming Essentials (accessories, grooming supplies, hair care): Report within 5 days for resolution. After 5 days, we cannot be responsible for damage, defects, or performance issues.
- Professional Barber Equipment (clippers, trimmers, shavers): Report within 5 days for arrival defects. After 5 days, warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer (contacts below).

What's Covered vs. Not Covered⌄
Covered (typical manufacturer scope):
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Missing parts/accessories at delivery (report within 5 days).
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, fading, or scratches.
- Damage from misuse, drops, liquid intrusion, modification, or improper maintenance.
- Consumables (e.g., blades) past initial arrival defect window.
- Products with altered/removed serial numbers or tamper seals.
Sanitation & Safety Exceptions (Barber Category)⌄
For health/sanitation, used clippers, trimmers, shavers are not returnable unless documented as defective on arrival within 5 days. Personal care tools (razors, shears, combs/brushes, blades) are non-returnable except for manufacturer-verified defects.
