As an Authorized Reseller, All Things Men sells only authentic, factory-fresh items. Manufacturer warranties are honored, and you receive real support if something goes wrong.

Keep your order confirmation, original packaging, and serial numbers until you've tested the product.

Defective on Arrival — Report Within 5 Days
If any item arrives broken or defective, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos/video and your order number:
  • Beauty & Grooming Essentials (accessories, grooming supplies, hair care): Report within 5 days for resolution. After 5 days, we cannot be responsible for damage, defects, or performance issues.
  • Professional Barber Equipment (clippers, trimmers, shavers): Report within 5 days for arrival defects. After 5 days, warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer (contacts below).

Most brands require proof of purchase, serial number, and a short description/video of the issue.

What's Covered vs. Not Covered
Covered (typical manufacturer scope):
  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Missing parts/accessories at delivery (report within 5 days).
Not Covered:
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, fading, or scratches.
  • Damage from misuse, drops, liquid intrusion, modification, or improper maintenance.
  • Consumables (e.g., blades) past initial arrival defect window.
  • Products with altered/removed serial numbers or tamper seals.
Sanitation & Safety Exceptions (Barber Category)
For health/sanitation, used clippers, trimmers, shavers are not returnable unless documented as defective on arrival within 5 days. Personal care tools (razors, shears, combs/brushes, blades) are non-returnable except for manufacturer-verified defects.
How to Submit a Warranty or Arrival-Defect Claim
Within 5 days of delivery (all divisions): Email info.allthingsmen@gmail.com with your order number, description, and photos/video.

After 5 days (Barber equipment only): Contact the manufacturer directly using the list above. Tip: Keep original packaging and all accessories until you confirm full functionality.
